Responding to the Opinions of Our Customers
Under our Mizuho brand slogan “Channel to Discovery,” we aim to be “a financial partner that helps customers shape their future and achieve their dreams.” Our goal is to help customers realize their aspirations and help them to create a better future.

From the survey, we received many requests from customers, and, by viewing these opinions as important management resources, we are working to reflect such opinions when developing products and improving services.
We would like to introduce some of our initiatives to improve our services derived from the opinions of our customers.
