All Mizuho Global CMS services are offered via the Internet.
- Clients do not need to install specialized software or buy additional equipment.
- Beginning to use the system is easy and clients can always make use of the latest version.
- Services are accessible from inside the client's company and from anywhere
(To make use of this service, customers must apply in advance for the number of PCs to be used, and each PC must have an electronic certificate of identification.)
Wide Range of Support Services
Help-desk services are available by telephone 24 hours a day year-round, in Japanese and in English.
- International toll-free dialing services are available at all times for any inquiries.
- Staff of the client company's foreign subsidiaries are also welcome to make use of this telephone support service.
